A path that started in education and gained new layers.
My career started in education, working with learning, teacher training, projects and the development of educational solutions.
Over time I noticed that many of the problems I ran into weren't only pedagogical. They also involved behaviour, experience, technology, product and decision-making.
So I extended my training and practice into product management, research, Business Intelligence, project management and data analysis.
Today I see these experiences not as separate paths but as parts of one way of working: understand problems deeply, build solutions, and use evidence to evaluate and improve them.
